Dear friends,
We are very glad to welcome you on the site of State University
of Information and Communication Technologies.
Our university is a higher educational establishment of the IV
level of accreditation.
Mr. Vladimir Kryvutsa, Doctor in Sciences, Engineering, Professor,
heads this establishment. The University is a multi-profile higher
school which includes some special institutes and faculties, namely:

- Institute of Telecommunication and Informatization
- Institute of Social Technologies
- Institute of Part-time and Distance Studies
- Institute of Post-education
- Faculty of Information Technologies
- Faculty of Data Security
- Faculty of Telecommunications
- Faculty of Management
The offered options and specialties
Radio engineering (specialties: radio engineering devices, systems
and complexes; units of radio contact, broadcasting and television).
Telecommunication (specialties: telecommunication systems and
networks; information communication networks).
Security of information and telecommunication systems (specialties:
computer network/information security, protection of information
with the limited access and automation of its treatment).
Technologies of information security (specialty: protection from
unauthorized intrusion).
Information security management (specialty: access control administration).
Computer engineering (specialty: computer's systems and networks).
Management (specialty: management of enterprises).
Sociology (specialty: sociology)
The period of studies
- 4 years (Bachelor's degree)
- 5 years (Specialist's degree)
- 5,5 years (Master's degree)
- + 3 years (Post-graduation course)
The language of teaching: Ukrainian/Russian.
The foreign citizens can have study only full-time.
The tuition fees for students training for 2009-2010 academic
year:
- 2000 USD (Bachelor's degree)
- 2100 USD (Specialist's degree)
- 2200 USD (Master's degree)
- 2500 USD (Post-graduation course)
The hostel accommodation: 500 USD per year.
Admission requirements
To start your training and become a student of the State University
of Information and Communication Technologies you should write
an application and deliver to the Dean's office:
- Passport
- Certificate of completed secondary (higher) education with grades
in subjects
- Medical certificate including AIDS test
- Copy of birth certificate
- Medical assurance
- 8 photos (3x4 cm).
When entering the University, results of rating are taking into
consideration.
The period of entering
- From 15th June to 15th July
- From 1st August to 1st September.
The beginning of studies: 1st September.
