We invite you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference Digital Transformation, AI and Cybersecurity: Shaping a Trusted Digital Future, which will take place on 17-18 June 2026 at Istanbul Atlas University in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye.

The conference continues the international academic dialogue initiated during the previous conference in Kraków and aims to bring together scholars, experts, representatives of the public sector, business, and international organizations to discuss current challenges and prospects in the fields of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

About the Conference

The annual International Scientific and Practical Conference Digital Transformation, AI and Cybersecurity: Shaping a Trusted Digital Future is devoted to current issues related to the development of digital technologies, the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, the strengthening of cyber resilience, and the creation of a secure and trustworthy digital environment.

The 2026 conference logically continues the theme of the previous event, Digital Transformation: Strengthening the Cybersecurity Capacities in the Modern World, held in 2025, expanding it through an important new dimension related to the role and impact of artificial intelligence in today’s digital world.

Particular attention will be paid to trust in digital technologies, the safe use of AI solutions, the development of international partnership, and the joint search for effective approaches to addressing emerging technological and security challenges.

• Morgan State University

The conference is held with the support of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

Purpose of the Conference

The purpose of the conference is to consolidate the academic and professional community in order to:

• exchange experience in the fields of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity;
• present current research findings and practical solutions;
• discuss new risks and opportunities of digital development;
• strengthen international academic and research cooperation;
• shape a shared vision of a secure and trustworthy digital future.

Thematic Areas

Participants are invited to submit presentations on the following topics, including but not limited to:

• digital transformation of government, education, science, economy, and society;
• artificial intelligence: innovation, practical application, ethical and security aspects;
• cybersecurity of digital systems, networks, services, and critical infrastructure;
• trust, resilience, and protection in the digital environment;
• digital risk management and response to cyber threats;
• international cooperation in digital development, AI, and cybersecurity;
• legal, organizational, social, and humanitarian aspects of the digital future.

Conference Participants

The conference welcomes participation from:

• academic and teaching staff;
• researchers, early-career scholars, PhD students, and higher education students;
• representatives of public authorities and local self-government bodies;
• specialists in IT, AI, and cybersecurity;
• representatives of business, international, and civil society organizations.

• A hybrid format is envisaged, combining both in-person and online participation.

Registration and Submission of Materials

Detailed information on participant registration, abstract submission, formatting requirements, the conference programme, and participation guidelines will be published later on the official website of the university.
