As part of its ongoing commitment to expanding international academic partnerships, a delegation from the State University of Information and Communication Technologies (SUICT) paid an official visit to Felician University in New Jersey, USA.

The SUICT delegation was led by:

• Professor Volodymyr Shulha, Rector of SUICT, Doctor of Historical Sciences;
• Professor Oleksandr Korchenko, First Vice-Rector, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences;
• Professor Mukafat Askerov.

Felician University was represented by:

• Professor Mildred A. Mihlon, Ph.D. – President and Professor of Psychology;
• Priscilla Klymenko – Vice President for Enrollment Management;
• Professor Michael W. Markowitz, Ph.D. – Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs;
• Dr Marilú Marcillo, Doctor of Management, MBA – Dean of the School of Business and Information Sciences.

During the visit, both institutions explored opportunities to deepen cooperation through student and staff academic mobility, joint research initiatives, and the development of dual degree programmes.

A key highlight of the visit was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two universities. The document was signed by Professor Volodymyr Shulha, Rector of SUICT, and Professor Mildred A. Mihlon, President of Felician University. This strategic agreement lays the foundation for a long-term partnership, aimed at fostering innovation, academic excellence, and global collaboration.
